Hello, we are Alan and Sharron, your hosts and owners of Craigbuie.

Originally a Shoe Makers house,  built in 1884,  the house has gone through many transformations over the years, including being a post office during the 40s and early 50s . (We found the old post box under the living room floorboards, along with many other treasures such as 1970s Tennant lager tins and tiny leather shoe soles.)

 First used as a Guesthouse during the 1970s, this continued until  2018 when it became ours.

Little did we know,  that it would take several years of renovating and redecorating to bring it up to the right level of  design and comfort to give you, our guests, the kind of  stay that would bring relaxation and enjoyment at the end of a long day.  

We look forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy your stay here in the house and wonderful village of Killin which is a great base for your travels and adventures.
